Pizza Burgers for 50

    4 lbs. inexpensive ham or turkey ham (sandwich meat)
    2 lbs. mozzarella cheese, grated
    8 lbs. ground beef
    1 tbsp. oregano
    1 large can or jar (#10) spaghetti sauce
    1/2  c. dry parsley
       Pinch garlic salt
    100 hamburger buns, split

      Grind luncheon meat and cheese.  Brown the ground beef and drain. Combine ground ham,
           cheese and ground beef, stir in remaining ingredients.
    Place hamburger buns open face on cookies sheets. Place  1/4 c. ( use #16 scoop)
    mixture on buns. Bake at 450F. for approximately 12 minutes. Two open faced buns
    per serving, serves 50.
