Easy Sour Cream Coffee Cake 

Cake, Bottom & Top
1 box Yellow cake mix 2 layer size
1 box instant vanilla pudding (about 3.4 oz) 
4 eggs 
1/4 c. oil 
1 c. sour cream 
1/3 c. water 

Middle Layer
1/2 c. brown sugar 
2 TB cocoa powder 
2 tsp cinnamon 

Glaze
1 c. confectioner's sugar 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
2 Tbsp. hot water 


Beat the cake ingredients together well.  In a separate bowl, stir together 
the middle layer ingredients until there are no lumps remaining.
Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. Pour in half of the cake, spread to cover, if necessary. 
Sprinkle on all of the cocoa mixture. Spread on the rest of the cake mixture. 

Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes or until it tests done. 
Drizzle with glaze as soon as it comes out of oven.
