HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FROSTING

6 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c cocoa
1/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 c icing sugar

Cream butter in a small mixing bowl. Add cocoa and sugar alternately with milk.
 Beat to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla. Adjust consistency if necessary with
 more milk or icing sugar. Makes about 2 cups of frosting. 
Fabulous on a chocolate layer cake!



NOTES : An excellent choice for a Birthday Cake!

Tip: Dust the sides or top of the cake with lots of shaved chocolate and a dusting
of powdered sugar.
