Overnight Macaroni and Chicken Casserole


    1 (7 oz.) package macaroni, uncooked
    2 cups milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups diced chicken
    1/2 pound cubed American cheese, or cheese of your choice
    1 small onion, chopped

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator
    overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking. Stir well and spoon into a greased
    1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

    You can alter this to your taste, adding more cheese, chopped boiled eggs, vegetables, etc.
