1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cream
of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla. Blend in
flour, cream of tartar and soda.
Mix well. Roll into small balls, the size of large marbles.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Dip cookie balls into this mixture until well coated. Bake
on ungreased cookie sheet until lightly
brown about 10-12 min. in preheated oven 350 deg. 3
dozen cookies.
