Sausage Brunch Casserole


    Make this the night before!
    ---

    10 slices bread, trimmed
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    8 oz. cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
     3 c. milk
     1 doz. eggs

    Brown sausage, drain and put aside. Place bread in bottom of 3 quart casserole.
    Beat eggs and add to other ingredients. Add sausage to mixture. Put in
     refrigerator overnight and let set.
    The next morning bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until done.
     Serves 12 to 15.
