8 c. cranberry - apple drink
8 Tbsp. sugar
2 8 inch cinnamon sticks, broken
9 whole cloves
12 cardamom pods, opened
8 c. dry red wine
In a saucepan, heat cranberry-apple drink, sugar, and spices to boiling.
10 min. Strain out spices. Stir in wine and either reheat or chill.
Serve warm with orange slices for garnish. (can also be served chilled)
Makes 20, 6 oz. servings.
