Fruity Wine Cooler

    Serves: 6 - 8

1/2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed (pulp is ok)
    1/4 cranberry juice
2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh squeezed
    2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 cup Sprite or 7 UP
    1 bottle Sauterne

Mix together first four ingredients until sugar is dissolved, chill well.
Fill wine or Collins glass with ice.
    Fill 1/2 way with wine.
Add Sprite to fill the glass 3/4 full.
Add fruit juice mixture to taste.
Garnish with fresh fruit slices on the rim or floating on top.

Tip:  For a less sweet wine cooler, substitute soda for Sprite
    and leave out the sugar.
For a more fruity taste and feel, mash up or crush a few slices of fruit in the
bottom of the glass before adding the ice. For an original wine cooler,
experiment with fruit flavors you like together; mango, papaya,
raspberry, cherry, blackberry, pear, peach, etc.
Do not use banana or coconut.
