Mocha Slush
    easily increased - like a frappicino

    1 1/2 cups cold, strong, brewed coffee
    1/3 cup chocolate syrup
    1/3 cup nonfat dried milk


    Pour 1 1/4 cups coffee into an ice cube tray or trays and 
    freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

    Add to a blender (through opening in lid) or food processor with motor running,
     the frozen coffee cubes, chocolate syrup, nonfat dried milk and 1/4 cup cold
     coffee. Whirl until mixture is a thick slush; if thicker then you like, add a little
     more cold coffee or skim milk. Pour into tall glasses.

    TIP: Make the frozen coffee cubes from left over coffee and you will 
    have a stock in your freezer when needed.
