Cherry Slush Punch

    3  -3oz. packages cherry-flavored gelatin
    2 c. sugar
    6 c. boiling water
    1 (46oz.can) unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 12oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 12oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1 gallon cold water
    3 bottles (2liters each) ginger ale
    3 (1 gallon size each) freezer ziplock bags


    Use a very large pot. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add pineapple juice,
     the concentrates and cold water; mix well. Divide between the 3 bags and freeze firm.
     Take out about 5 hours before serving and let thaw a little. (you may nuke them in the
     microwave to bring them to slush if you don't want to take them out to soon. 
    Add 1 bottle of ginger ale per bag of punch. Serves 50 
    This is more like a slush and so there is no need for Ice.
