Salami Stacks

 Salami slices, thin
3 different flavors of cream cheese 
(i.e. savory flavors - plain, vegetable, garlic, sundried tomato, onion, etc.)

Place on slice of salami on plastic wrap, spread a thin layer of one flavor on meat.
 Place a second slice on top of the cheese, then spread a second flavor, meat, third flavor
 of cheese. Keep on repeating to desired height (usually 6-8 slices). Wrap well in plastic 
wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight best). Slice into eight pie-shaped wedges.
 Serve on cut side. Garnish with parsley. Looks great with deviled eggs too.
