Antipasto Kabobs


    Cooked Tortellini, drained and cooled
    Cubes of  hard Cheese (spicy Jack Cheese or your choice, not a soft cheese.)
    Black Olives, pitted
    Stuffed Green Olives
    Salami or pepperoni sliced very thin
    Italian Dressing
    Plastic colored toothpicks

    Take a toothpick and put onto it:
    a cube of cheese
    Add an olive
    Add a very thin slice salami (or pepperoni) folded over, if salami is too big, half it.
    Add a Tortellini
    Add another olive

    Put in a large container (Tupperware or whatever you have), pour Italian dressing
    over it.  Let marinate in dressing overnight or even two days.  Turn container over every
    now and then so it gets to all the kabobs. You can serve these on a buffet table with
    other foods, or alone as an hors d'oeuvre with beer or wine.
    Also makes a nice garnish for a sandwich.
