Linospadix is a small genus of diminutive feather palms from eastern Australia.  L. monostachya, the walking stick palm, has an attractive ringed trunk.  It is known to be somewhat cold hardy since temperatures down to -7°C/19°F occur in its native habitat.  Its exact limits are not known, but it might be suitable for sheltered Northwest gardens.  The cold hardiness of the other species is not known.
