Cortiçada is a little village at the bottom of Caramulo Mountain, in Portugal. The area where it is placed was called in the ancient times, the Medieval times, "Vale de Besteiros", which is something like "The Valley of the Cross Browmans"; And still today the name and the area, they still exhist. But actually, nowadays, it's more known as a nice little village 10 minutes distant from Tondela, and 30 minutes distant from Viseu.
