Access to the law is no longer confined to law libraries. Every day, the resources available on the web increase in number and quality. We must take advantage of them.

On the left hand side of this screen you will find links all of the on-line legal resources which I find to be particularly helpful. I have divided these links into categories which I hope are self-explanatory.

I have also begun to collect cases which I believe to be particularly significant. Unfortunately, my space is limited, and therefore my collection is as well.
