Because of u or one of u (not sure). My character cant even root a blue. I thought this was supposed to be for creatures 6 levels higher than me. I dont get it. Because of this STUPID RULE I brought death to many today.
That problaby makes someone happy (im not sure which one of u) but thats crap. One of your MOB's walked thru my root(enstill) even when I got the message. He ran thru my root and plenty others and caused a great train. This guy was blue....THATS NOT 6 levels higher than me. not just once but repeatedly..Finally I gave up and left

The "resist cap" is not a cap at all, but a point at which the chance of being resisted increases dramatically. And it's not 6 levels, but a multiple of your level versus what you are fighting, with a minimum level spread.

The Root series has always been highly resistable, just like any movement affecting spell. No changes have been made since beta to change how resistable it is.
