* = These brothers have been mentioned
in earlier Annals, but have not been seen in action in the stories
we know. (Wouldn't it be nice if later stories would talk about these brothers? Maybe we should all write to Tor and encourage some more BC novels!
1 Walleye I is mentioned as having been murdered in Beryl(1-9). Walleye II is mentioned as part of Croaker's squad guarding the route to the black castle in Juniper(2-184).
The first number in parentheses refer to the volume number; the second is the page number. These refer to the paberback version only. Also, I have not included "The Silver Spike" as an official BC annal because, although it includes some brothers, it was not written for or by any BC member.
For example, (1-9) refers to "The Black Company," page 9. (6-72) refers to "Bleak Seasons," page 72. (S-35) is the reference for "The Silver Spike," page 35.
2I believe one of the Chu Ming brothers was the General Chu. I've given the Chu Ming brothers and the Chun brothers each their own slots.
3 Eagle-eye was never formally given a name... but you know how things in the Company go.
