From draft evader to war monger, certainly Bill, a rather classless cross between a comical petty dictator and a common boy toy, gave us not a few moments to chuckle at his baffonery, even if the celebrated draft dodger led the US into more wars and invasions than undertaken by Britain in a similar period at the height of its unchallenged imperium. Some consequences have yet to be felt.

Democracy has one perk. Mercifully, Bill's term expired; we have only the Hill of the Hill to kick around.
