Six members of the GSAR Team with thier instructor, heading out for a mock incident training involving Type II Search Tecqnices, Rope Rescue & Evacutation. This exercise was held on Kiwanis Trail on Mnt Oldfield.

Rescue 15 members are all part of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, the Coast Guard provides training to these volunteers. This photo is from a course called RHIOT (Ridgid Hull Inflatable Operator Training). The course is held at Bamfield on Vancouver Island. .

The photo is of new GSAR recruites, taking part in Basic Training. This course is held 4 times a year, and is scheduled for 1 week, including overnight survival and mock incident training. .
