Goku is a saiyan from the planet Vegeta. He was originally sent to Earth to destroy all of it's inhabitants so that it could be sold to another race of people. Goku was found, on Earth, by a man named Gohan. Gohan adopted the boy, but Goku was a very wicked little child {I mean if you think your neighbor's kids are children from Satan think again!}. He bumped his head when he fell down a canyon and forgot his mission. After that accident Goku was a loving baby boy.

Since Goku was a saiyan, a race of people who are natural warriors, he was very strong. Saiyans also possess the ability to transform into the giant monkeys at the site of a full moon. One day Goku transformed and he crushed his grandpa Gohan {Whoopsie!}. When Goku returned to normal he knew nothing of what happened. He only knew that a monster had killed his grandfather.

From then on Goku lived completely by himself in the wilderness until he met the blue haired chick, Bulma. {Curse of the Blood Rubies Movie} Together Bulma, Goku, and many other friends they meet along the way go in search of the mystical dragonballs. These balls grant you any wish you desire if you collect all 7.

In Dragonball Z Goku is married to a inasane woman named chi-chi. Goku promised to marry chi-chi when they were younger. Goku however thought that marriage was some type of food, but concluded "a promise is a promise". Together they had a son named Gohan.

Goku first introduced his son in the first episode of DBZ {Arrival}. Goku's brother Raddiz {Raddish-boy}, however, came that same day and revealed to Goku that not only was Goku's real name Kakarrot {Thee mighty Carrot}, but that he was really an alien from another planet. The parental instict sets in and Goku fights for his son, joined by Piccolo. Goku however doesn't survive the battle and is sent to another dimension, where he travels down "Snake Way" to meet a short little King who has his own planet. Goku trains on this planet for a year to become stronger, because even though Raddiz was finished of, more Siayans are coming. Goku is wished back to earth with the Dragonballs, and aids in the battle against Vegita.

But wait there's more!.......

After that battle Vegita is allowed to leave alive. And the injured Z fighters that lived through the battle decide they need to go to the planet Namek to wish back Piccolo. Goku is too injured to travel with the original team, but eventually makes it out to that planet. There he encounters the ever-so-fancy Ginyu Force....{Strike a Pose!}

Goku has an "out of body" experience with Captin Ginyu, which wears him out. After the Ginyu Force is defeated Goku takes a breather in a recovery machine, while Vegita, Kurillin, and Gohan face Freiza outside.

You wanna know what happens to a paticular character then look on that character's info! Skipping ahead Goku arrives on the battle scene to find a dying Vegitta. Frieza didn't kill him off completely, and Vegitta tells Goku all about the Siayan race, what Frieza did to their home planet, and that Frieza is the reason Vegitta is the way he is. Annoied that he's still talking, Frieza shoots a red beam through Vegitta and he dies.

Enraged by this Goku fights with Frieza, and through the episodes there is a mixed amount of hope and emotion for Goku. King Kai thinks that he'll win in one episode, and thinks that the whole universe is doomed in another.

Goku uses a Spirt Bomb on Frieza, and the purple domed guy dissapears. Victory?
Well the exhuatsed Goku, Piccolo, Gohan and Krillin think so! Amist their celebration Frieza returns, and boy is he steamed!! He shoots Piccolo with the same beam Vegitta was finished off with, and turns poor Krillin into Namek bacon bits!!

Now at this point you figure that Goku is done for, because his energy is totally wiped out, but, seeing your childhood friend be blown to bits can really boost your energy, ya know? Goku's blood gets flowing and he's ready to teach Frieza a final lesson. Goku turns into a Super Siayan!! With the blonde hair and the golden glow he attacks Frieza with a newfound energy and strength! Frieza in turn decides to blow up the entire planet Namek, so Goku has to beat Frieza, and fast! Otherwise he might get blown up with the planet Namek!
