Love All over Again ch.1-7
“This time around, no more tears…this time around I swear, that together we’ll be better then before…”…
“UGH!!! It is already 7???” I screamed “At least Michael’s voice woke me up!” I said as I struggled to get out of bed
“MOM!! Why did you convince me to get a summer job???” I yelled
“It is good for you dear! You should be making some money and being more responsible! You are almost 17!” my mom replied
“Yeah whatever…” I said under my breath as I moped into the bathroom.
“Oh my god! Only 9 hours, 17 minutes and 9, 8, 7, 6…seconds till I meet THE ONE AND ONLY Michael Fredo for the first time!!! I am sooo excited! I have loved him for a year and a half and finally he is coming to Winnipeg for his world tour!!!”…My thoughts were quickly interrupted by my mom yelling at me to “hurry up so I won’t be late and lose my job”. What a tragedy that would be!!! I wouldn’t get to have to opportunity to get up at 7 every morning and work and work all day at that crummy McDonalds! Whatever!
I arrived at work at 7:50, 10 minutes early so I just hung outside for a few minutes, as I didn’t want to go into my dreaded work place to earlier then I had to!
I walked in and there was already 2 messages left for me! Imagine that! People already called and I hadn’t even arrived at work yet.
The first one was from my best friend, Elizabeth, Lizzy for short. It said “Just thought I would leave a good thought for you before you start work! Only 8 hours, 14 minutes and 4, 3, 2…seconds till we meet Michael!!!! AAAHHH!!! At least you have a short shift today! C-ya later! Lizzy”
And the second was from someone claiming to be Michael and of course it wasn’t him though! I have never even met him!! Though I have written to him before, naw couldn’t be!”
I got to work and before I knew it, my shift was over! I drove home as fast as I could, hopped in the shower, got on my coolest outfit and made sure I looked perfect just for Michael.
“You look great Jules!” Lizzy said
“Thanks! I tried to look good…for Michael of course!” I replied
We drove over to Polo Park where he was having an autograph session and there were a lot of people there, but we had passes to be at the front of the line so we didn’t have to wait too long. Then, at exactly 4 o’clock, he arrived. Wearing Tommy jeans, a muscle shirt and a beautiful white sweater. He greeted the crowd and as he came up to me and Lizzy, we held out our hands for him to shake. He took my hand, smiled and winked at me. I almost fainted, but Lizzy caught me in time.
I went up for my autograph, with my CD booklet in hand and I started to cry.
“Hey what’s wrong?” Michael said
“I’m sorry Michael. I just have loved you for a year and a half and am finally getting to meet you!” I replied, trying to control my tears.
“It’s okay! It’s just me!” he replied.
“No, I think you are such a good singer and you are so incredibly gorgeous!” I blurted out
Blushing a bit, he said, “Well, you are very gorgeous yourself”
This just made me cry even harder and Michael leaned over and gave me a hug.
“It’s okay beautiful. Don’t cry! Do you have tickets to my show tonight?”
“Of course! I wouldn’t miss it for the world!” I said, “I have first row!”
Michael said “That’s great! I am glad you will be so close to the stage! Anyways, I should probably sign everyone else’s autographs. You never know, maybe I will see you later!” and with that he gave me another hug, a gorgeous smile (any smile of his is beautiful!) and I walked away in heaven.
We went around to the back of Polo Park and waited for Michael to come out. About 15 minutes later, he came out in a Tommy bus. We all waved and screamed and he looked right at me, smiled and waved. I did the “I love you” sign with my hands and he blew me a kiss.
“I love him sooo much Lizzy!” I yelled over the screams.
“I know Jules and he thought pretty highly of you too!” Lizzy said and smiled.
We drove over to the Concert hall waited around his bus for him to come out. The concert wasn’t starting for a few hours, so we had a lot of time to hang out. Michael came out of his bus to discover me, Lizzy and 6 other girls standing there.
“Hey girls!” Michael said smiling.
He signed some autographs and a few people walked away. He looked over at us and said “hello again!”
I was short of breath, but managed to say “hi!”
“I remember you, but never caught your name!” he said directly to me.
“Um…hmm…”I replied not sure what my own name was at the moment.
“This is Jules and I am Lizzy, nice to meet you again Michael!” Lizzy barged in.
I was embarrassed, but was to distracted by Michael’s voice and face to notice all the people staring at me.
Michael signed everyone else’s autographs and said “sorry guys I gotta get ready for the show now! I’ll see ya later!”
He gave a few people hugs and when it was my turn to get a hug, he leaned down and whispered “stick around. Don’t leave yet. Tell Lizzy to stay too!”
“Okay!” I whispered back.
“Let’s go Jules!!” Lizzy said.
“He told me to stay, you too Lizzy!” I whispered excitedly.
Everyone left and me and Lizzy just took a seat on the grass in front of his bus. He came to the window of the door and motioned for the security guard to open it to let us in.
“Wow! This is soo cool!” Lizzy exclaimed
“Thanks!” said Michael “I try to decorate it with my own style!” I looked around amazed I was in THE Michael Fredo’s bus, alone with him, Lizzy and OF COURSE a security guard. I thought these were the only ones on the bus, but suddenly another guy approached from the back. He was very good-looking also, but Michael is a god!
“Hi I am Joey, Michael’s older and better looking brother!” said the guy.
Michael gave him a playful punch in the arm, “hey Joe! This is Lizzy and this is Julia!” he said.
“Very nice to meet you girls!” Joey said as he shook our hands. I noticed he gave Lizzy a sly little smile and she flirted a bit herself. I was to enthralled by Michael that it seemed that nothing else mattered.
“So, we have a few hours. What would you like to do?” Michael said.
Lizzy replied “you mean we get to not only come in your bus, but hang out with the two of you also??”
I just about fainted, so Lizzy whispered for me to sit down before my excitement overcame me.
“Of course! All tour so far, we have been looking for some extra special girls just to hang out with. We have found a few in other places, but I feel like I have known you forever girls!” Michael said “especially you Jules” he added quietly.
I blushed and said, “Well yeah we can hang out! No problem there!”
“Well, we can watch a movie! How about “I Still Know What You Did Last Summer?” Joey said.
Lizzy glanced over at me giving a look of warning not to say I hated scary movies and said “sure! That’d be cool!”
I sat down near a window and I guess I had a little look of worry on my face because Michael said, “You okay?”
“Yeah, I just…”I replied.
“What is it?” Michael said.
“I just kinda don’t really like scary movies…” I replied.
“Oh it’s okay! I’ll tell you when the scary parts come up, and I will be RIGHT BESIDE YOU, so there is nothing to worry about!” Michael assured me.
I smiled and said, “Okay!” still wondering whether or not I was dreaming or if it was real.
Joey put in the movie and it began. I curled up in my seat, ready to cover my eyes during the scary parts and Michael started to laugh.
“What are you laughing at?” I asked.
“No offense, but you! You just remind me of a cat all curled up in a ball like that!” he replied.
I put my legs off the seat and pretended like I was mad. Michael suddenly started tickling me and I started laughing extremely loud!
“Quiet down back there you two! BEHAVE!” Joey yelled jokingly.
“Yes mom!!” Michael yelled.
I started to watch the movie when there was no scary part on. A scary part with the hook man came up and I just about jumped out of my seat! Michael put his arm around my shoulder and said “shhh, shhh, it’s okay…”
I relaxed a bit and said, “um…the show starts at 7:30 right? It is 6:45 now! Don’t you have to warm up and stuff??”
“Crap!! Yeah! Yo Joe! Turn off the movie! I gotta get ready!!” Michael yelled.
“Well, we should be getting to our seats for the show now Michael! We will see you in there kay?” Lizzy yelled.
“Okay! C-ya later” Michael replied and he gave us quick hugs and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
We walked off the bus in a daze of what just happened and went into the concert hall ready for an amazing show!!
We bought some t-shirts and bucket hats with Michael on them and found our seats. They were right in the front row and we were very excited!! The opening act was Christina Agulara and she was pretty cool, but way too much of a Britney Spears wannabe. Not saying that is a bad thing, but Britney wannabes just are not cool.
Christina finished and there was a 10-minute break. The 10 minutes were very hard to get through because we were so excited to see Michael in action!!
Michael came out singing “This Time Around” and he was amazing!!! He introduced himself, his dancers and his band and then started to sing another song. He sang many songs and when he started “Love All Over Again”, he said “how would one of you girls out there like to come on stage with me?”
I just about fainted, but didn’t get too excited because I thought “I was in his bus and got to talk to him alone, so he will probably pick someone else!”
When suddenly, Michael said “how about you?” with a wink, directly to me!
“Sure Michael! YOU KNOW how much I love you!!” I yelled,
He helped me onto the stage and then said “Tell Lizzy that Joe wants her onstage to dance with him!”
I whispered to Lizzy and she was so excited that she burst out crying. I helped her onstage and we got some evil glares from some of the audience members, but we didn’t care.
Michael started singing, and I started to cry because his voice was so beautiful. I glanced over to Lizzy and Joe and gave her the thumbs up then she just smiled and waved to the crowd.
I sat on a stool being serenaded by Michael, feeling as if we were the only two people in the concert hall, no in THE WORLD!!
He ended the song and said “That’s the end of the show! You have been an amazing audience!! Thank you everyone! I love you!!”
All of the lights went out and the next thing I knew, Michael grabbed my hand and I was being pulled somewhere. Some light came into view and I realized we were backstage!!
I looked around and saw many security guards and fans everywhere. I looked for Lizzy and when I found her I motioned for her to come over.
“Oh my god! We are backstage Lizzy! This has been my dream day!!!!! Where did Michael go?” I said.
“Here I am!” Michael said sneaking up behind us
“Oh you scared me! Um…what do we do now? Go home or what??” Lizzy asked.
Michael replied “No, I was hoping maybe you two would come out for coffee with Joe and me in a little while?!”
“OF COURSE!! I mean sure we will…I love you Michael…” I said dreamily, a bit embarrassed at my outbursts.
They both started laughing and Joe walked up and said “okay then, Michael you gotta go sign some autographs and then we will go out!”
“Okay I’ll see you in a bit!” Michael said to me and he gave me a peck on the cheek.
I said “yeah okay…” sigh An hour later, Michael showered, changed and then we got in a green van and went to Grabba Jabba, a quiet little coffee house.
We got seated and ordered specialty coffees for ourselves. Michael and me ordered a big latte to share. How romantic…
Lizzy decided she would call my mom and her mom to say where we were, though they may not have believed us and Joe went with her so nothing would happen to her.
Leaving Michael and me alone at our table. They were gone for a 20 minutes, I guess looking around the restaurant because there were decorations and stuff everywhere. In this time, Michael and me found out a lot about eachother. From pets to siblings to EVERYTHING else!!
“I feel like I have known you forever Jules!” Michael said.
“Well I knew a lot about you before we even met so, so do I!!! I replied “you are the one of the sweetest guys I have ever met!”
