~*Candy*~ Chapter 1

Candy-

Ch.1

Nick and Heidi (HOW THEY MET)

She saw him standing across the room, He was surrounded by people but he still looked slightly bored. he was facing her, so she could thoroughly check him out. He wasn’t very tall maybe 5’10, he was wearing a T-shirt so she couldn’t really tell if he had a six-pack or not, but from what she could see of his arms he definitely worked out. he had the kind of face that shouldn’t exist because it wasn’t fair to other guys. He turned to say something to someone in his group, giving her the chance to check out his a*s. Yep! He definitely worked out. Oh crap! He turned around and caught her scoping him.

How boring. weren’t people supposed to dance at parties, He thought to himself. He turned to survey the refreshment table, but felt someone staring at him. He turned some more and locked eyes with a gorgeous girl. Her shiny-straight yellow blonde hair fells down her back in cascades. Her lips were full and glossy pink. Her dark blue eyes sparkled as she smiled at him. The black dress she was wearing clung to her curves, (which were all in the right places) and ended above her knees. She had on high heals so he guessed that she was probably about 5’7 bare-foot. ‘She was hot to say the least’ He thought. He returned her smile. He felt someone push him from behind. He turned to she who it was. His friend Jordan was motioning him to go over to her. “She’s fine, man! Go for it!” He encouraged. As he walked toward her he felt some force pulling him closer and closer until he was standing just a few inches from her. He was so nervous he could only manage a ‘Hi.’

She sensed he was nervous and asked him to dance.

As they danced, they talked and as they talked they got more comfortable with each other. The song ended but neither one noticed. They danced until every other person was gone and the party had ended. When they realized this, they didn’t want to part so he suggested that they go get something to eat.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nick. Of course that would be his name. It fit him. He might have had the stereotypical dumb-jock look about him, but he was really very smart.

They had a lot in common but not so much that an air of mystery didn’t exist. She wanted to know everything about him. What he liked to do for fun, What his family was like, where he lived & where he worked. So when he suggested they go eat, she agreed.

The friend that had driven her to the party had gone home and left her, So Nick offered to drive. He had a motorcycle. A shiny black Harley. He handed her a helmet and she hesitated before putting it on. She knew it would mess up her hair. She decided it was better to have messed up hair than be dead so she put it on. Nick slipped on his and got on the motorcycle. Heidi climbed up behind him and wrapped her arms around his waist.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Nick was trying to concentrate on his driving but how could he when all he was thinking about was the feel of Heidis hands on his stomach through his shirt. Heidi. ‘It’s a pretty name’ he thought. But she hated her name, she preferred Dee. She wasn’t like the other girls he usually dated. The brain dead kind who said whatever they thought he wanted to hear, and couldn’t think for themselves. She could definitely think on her own and she’d already disagreed with him about how good Die Hard was. She was opinionated but she still listened to his thoughts openly. She seemed like the kind of person who in college had never slept. She had probably study all day and partied all night. She was fun and energetic but she was also smart. Really smart.

He pulled up in front of his favorite restaurant and helped Heidi off the bike. She pulled off her helmet and shook out her hair. It looked perfect. Nick walked up to the guy at the front desk and asked for the booth in the dark secluded corner. They knew each other and so he gave in. Besides, Nick was a great tipper. He grabbed Heidis hand and pulled her to it. If there had been a chair, he would have pulled it out for her. Definitely not typical Nick behavior.

They looked over the menu and Nick order a New York Steak. Heidi got a bowl of soup.

“This is like the weirdest night of my life.” Heidi said.

“What do you mean?” Nick wondered.

“Well it’s just that I went to that party expecting to have a hella sucky time and instead I meet this amazing guy who it feels like I’ve known forever, and now here I am eating at a restaurant w/him at 2 in the morning.”

“That is weird. It almost sounds like my day except I met this gorgeous girl, who’s smart and fun.” Nick said.

“Do you think we could go for another ride?”

“Your wish is my command.” Nick answered standing up and bowing goofily. He reached for Heidis hand and they paid for the food and left. “So where exactly do you want to go?”

“Wherever i’m just not ready for this night to be over yet.”

“I know what you mean.” Nick said. He knew exactly where to take her. It was a 2 hour drive but it was worth it.

They drove in silence. It was pointless trying to yell over the wind. Heidi started to get tired so she laid her cheek against Nicks back. Burr! It was cold. She shivered. At the next red light Nick turned and asked her if she was cold. She nodded. He took her hands from around his waist and slid them under his shirt pressing them against his warm hard stomach.

Heidi put her cheek back against him and didn’t move her hands until they got to the place they were going.

Nick parked the bike in the driveway and helped Heidi off.

“Is this where you live?” Heidi asked.

“It’s more like a weekend place.” He answered.

“Oh.” Heidi stared at the beach Condo. It was a simple style, but it was huge!

“This isn’t where I wanted to go tough.” Nick admitted. “There’s this place about a mile away that has an awesome view of the sun-rise. i want to show it to you.”

“I don’t think these a good shoes for walking on sand” heidi said looking down at her 3 inch platforms.

“You can leave them in the condo.” Nick suggested. He led her inside and while she pulled off her shoes he went to grab some things. He came back with a blanket and some towels.

“Ready?” he asked. Heidi nodded and Nick grabbed her hand and led her outside. After he locked up they headed down the sandy path. They were both thinking about stuff so they didn’t really talk. Heidi was trying to figure out what the towels were for. What? Did Nick think she, like wore a swimming suit every where she went? Nick was thinking about how he almost skipped out on that lame party. Boy! Was he glad he had stayed. He led Heidi to his spot and set down the blanket and towels.

“This is beautiful!” Heidi exclaimed, as she looked out at the view of the ocean through some trees.

“It’s my favorite place to go.”

“I can see why!” Heidi sat down next to him on the blanket. “What time is it?”

He glanced at his watch.”4:30” He answered.

“So we’ve got a couple of hours until sun-rise.” she said “Any ideas to pass the time?”

“Well i actually thought maybe we could go swimming.”Nick suggested.

She knew! Time to break her bad news to him. “I can’t. I don’t have my suit.” Nick gave her a “look” “Oh! That kind of swimming!”

“You up for it?”

“Ummmmm.....”

“I don’t usually do this sorta thing unless i know someone really well and i feel like I know you better than anyone.” He said, his eyes never leaving hers.

Heidi had rules about first dates and this broke all of them, but she felt herself giving in. She reached down and pulled her dress over her head. She saw Nick smile as he started to undress too. Before he had undressed all the way, Heidi walked over to him and took his face in her hands and kissed him. If she was going to break her rules she was going to have a good time doing it. She ran her tongue over his full bottom lip & felt his mouth open. She let her tongue slip inside. She ran it over his teeth and then found his tongue and massaged it with hers. She ended the kiss by running her tongue over his top lip and stepped back.

“So I guess that means yes?” Nick joked.

Heidi didn’t answer, instead she took off the rest of her clothes and walked into the water. Nick took off his pants and boxers and nearly tripped over them trying to chase after her. He joined her in the water. She splashed him w/water in the face. He splashed her back & while she was covering her eyes he swam behind her and started to kiss her neck. Heidi turned to face him and Nick redirected his mouth. Her lips tasted like salt, her mouth sweet, like candy. He ran his fingers through her hair it felt like silk.

------------------------------------------------------------------

‘I shouldn’t be doing this’ Heidi thought to herself as Nick started to kiss her neck, his hands running up and down her back.

“You ready?” Nick asked her “Are you sure it’s okay?” She nodded and wrapped her legs around him. Pulling him to her. As he entered her she groaned. Nick ran his hands up her body lightly, sending chills through her despite the heat of the water. Heidi tilted her head back and Nick ran his bottom lip up her neck to her lips. He started to kiss her. Heidi parted her allowing his tongue to slip into her mouth. She felt him run his tongue along the roof of her mouth and over her teeth. He sought out her tongue and started to massage it with his and Heidi massaged his too. She ran her hands through his hair, then to his back, his butt and up to his stomach. She felt his hands moving along her body, too. As he massaged her breasts she, moaned and broke the kiss. Nick continued to kiss her, her cheek, her shoulder, her neck. he took over her lips again and this time the kiss didn’t kiss didn’t stop until they did.

*Back on the sand*

Heidi wrapped one of the towels around her and sat down on the blanket, pulling her knees up to her chest. Nick wrapped the other towel around his waist and sat down next to her, he put his arms around her and kissed her forehead. He hadn’t thought she’d actually give in to him. She seemed like the type who waited for at least a month before she slept with a guy. Not that he was complaining, not at all. And he knew that she felt the same way about him that he felt about her. Like they had known each other their whole lives.

He pulled her tighter and rested his chin on the top of her head. “The sun should be coming up soon” he whispered.

And that’s how they met.
