Noel put his tuppenny's worth in to the debate too, in Manchester Listing magazine, City Life when he said it was "only a matter of time."

Noel sounds so confident about this, and as he is a close friend of Ian's, even playing on his album Solarized last year... perhaps he knows something we don't?
