As of June 4, 2004 Sam Kitchell will no longer be the singer for Xero. This decision was made as a result of un-repairable personal differences. The band as is will play two more shows one on May 8, 2004 at Vino’s and finally Rockstock 2004 at Mills Park in Bryant on June 4, 2004. Tryouts for the new singer have already begun, but if you want to try you still have a chance just call Cory Fisher at (501) 563-9407 or e-mail to josh_xero@sbcglobal.net for more information.

Thank you for your support through these most troubling of times. Xero will continue on and will only be stronger for this experience. We all wish Sam the best of luck in any future bands. We hope to get a new singer soon and continue to play shows. As most of you know the summer is a dry time for us in that we don’t play many shows so this happened at a good time for the band. We will have plenty of time to work with a new singer.

As for the production of our first full length CD, the project is on hold pending some equipment needed for the guitar parts, money issues. We hope to put it out by October but a hard deadline has not yet been set. Again thank you all for all of your dedication, and thank you Sam for being a part of one of the best things in our life. We will miss you. David Slack Cory Fisher Josh Cox
