Are You Ready for Fun In The Sun?

Round trip air transportation, four hotel nights at the Disney All-Star music resort,
admission to all Disney World theme parks, bus tranfers to all activities,
all meals provided for Upper Darby High School students,
and of course a chance to perform on one of the best stages in the world.

Sign-Up Form

Cost: $1100 per person

You will not be officially signed up for the trip until the $400 deposit is paid.

Just complete the sign-up form and return it to the band box by September 12th, 2011,
along with your deposit payment of $400 per person. The balance of all funds are
due by January 16th, 2012 and must be paid according to the following schedule.

$400.00 - September 12, 2011

$350.00 - November 14, 2011

$350.00 - January 10, 2012

Some or all of your deposit money might not be refundable.

 

Travel Restrictions

You are allowed 1 suitcase that weighs under 50 pounds, and 1 carry-on bag.
The carry-on bag will be going to the park with you.
Any luggage that weighs more than 50 pounds will have items removed until it weighs under 50 pounds.

Note: you are restricted in liquid/fluid quantity and type that can be carried
on-board aircraft, plan your carry-on bag accordingly.

ITINERARY

Hotel : Disney's All-Star Music Resort (407-939-6000)

Hints for Walt Disney World Dining

Monday, April 2 9am---Check-in and weigh all luggage
  9:30am---Rehearse parade tune
  10:30am---Pack instruments, equipment, & luggage for departure
  ALL LUGGAGE MUST BE BROUGHT IN at 9am.
I will be at the school by 8am for parents who have to work.
   
Tuesday, April 3 5:30am---Arrive at Upper Darby HS.
  6am---Depart for Philadelphia International Airport.
Everone helps to unload the truck
  Check-in for departure:Flight departs 8:55am
  11:30am---Arrive at Orlando!
  Bus Transportation to Hotel.
Students will be dismissed to the parks from the Hotel.
  $15 Meal coupon for dinner
  11:00-11:30pm---All students meet at the hotel lobby with chaperones for keys.
NOTE:You must check in with your chaperone once at dinner time.
  12:30am---LIGHTS OUT. Room Check.
   
Wednesday, April 4 8am---Meet chaperone in the lobby.
Hand in room keys.
  DAY IN THE PARKS!!!
  $22 Meal card for lunch & dinner
  11:00-11:30pm---All students meet at the hotel lobby with chaperones for keys.
NOTE:You must check in with your chaperone once at dinner time.
  12:15am---LIGHTS OUT. Room Check.
   
Thursday, April 5 8am---Meet chaperone in the lobby.
Hand in room keys.
  DAY IN THE PARKS!!!
  $22 Meal card for lunch & dinner
  11:00-11:30pm---All students meet at the hotel lobby with chaperones for keys.
NOTE:You must check in with your chaperone once at dinner time.
  12:15am---LIGHTS OUT. Room Check.
   
Friday, April 6 8am---Meet chaperone in the lobby.
Hand in room keys.
A step off time will be given for the parade.
  DAY IN THE PARKS!!!
  $22 Meal card for lunch & dinner
  Electric Light Parade !!!
  11:30pm---All students meet at the hotel lobby with chaperones for keys.
  12:15am---LIGHTS OUT. Room Check.
   
Saturday, April 7 7am---Wake up. Load. Check out
Hand in room keys.
  Last Day in the Parks!!! :(
  $22 Meal card for lunch & dinner
  5pm---Meet at Bus (place to be determined)
  6pm--- Arrive at airport
  8pm---Depart for Philly!!!
  10:20pm---Arrive at Philadelphia airport
  12am---Arrive at Upper Darby HS
