Program Book Ad Sales

Wonder how you can support the band program and
help pay the cost of Band expenses or the Florida trip?
Well here is a great way to do them all.

It is easy. There is a list of 400 possible merchants (you might know some others) available that you can solicit for a possible ad.
You will find that most are glad to help support the instrumental music programs.
Just give them a copy of the Ad letter and sign them up.
It is that easy --- all you have to do is ask.

Why Should I Participate?

This is a fund-raiser that everyone can do and we hope that every band member can sell at least one business ad.
In the past we have also had individuals and families purchase ads to pay tribute to their "band" or "guard" member.

It is very simple, here is how:

You will earn 35% of the dollar value of the ads that you sell.

This amount will be placed into the Student's band account,
the money can then be used to help pay the cost of
band/instrumental expenses and the Florida trip.

How great is that?

You win, your children win, the band wins, and the business person wins!!!

So Let's Go To Work

This campaign is very important and we need to put forth a maximum effort in order
to raise the money needed to keep the band program at a championship level.

We have until September 28,2012 to sell ads for the USSBA Regional, the Indoor Show, and the Jazz Festival.

In the past, we have also had individuals and families buy ads to pay tribute to their "band" or "guard" member.
The individual Ad Form should be used for these "personal" ads, attach your print-ready copy with the ad form when it is submitted.
