Okay, so there's more to be said for him than that. He's currently enrolled at UNT. But this fantastic percussionist isn't a true native to the Metroplex. He and his brother Ethan (one of the band's guitarists) are originally from Beverly--hills, that is. Without further ado, here's the scripts:

k c: where are you originally from, evan?

Evan: beverly hills, CA

k c: seriously? like with swimming pools and moviestars?

Evan: the one and only

k c: sweet.. I bet it was pretty cool growing up there... what was the coolest thing about 90210?

Evan: eh i dont know we moved to TX when i was like 5 or 6 so i dont remember most of it

k c: ah, so you didn't really grow up there.. never mind. Were you there for your parents's jobs.. or what?

Evan: ah yea my dad has a job in LA but we moved to texas because he got a better offer out here

k c: wow.. that's pretty cool. Your dad's an author, is he not?

Evan: he does a lot of stuff hes a nutritionest and he has a few books out and a tv show so hes living large

k c: Wow. You must have a pretty exciting life.. you're a rockstar, so is your bro, Ethan, and your dad's a famous author...

Evan: haha truthfully though, me and ethan are far from rockstardom and my dads not famous lol

k c: GO WITH ME.. this is an interview, for pete's sake

Evan: haha sorry- well yea we'll be rockstars soonor or later

k c: Of course you will. You've released an album--The Audible Diaries--right? Are you signed to a record label?

Evan: ehhhh not yet...

k c: so how can you release an album?

Evan: well its not released in any major stores and it wont get any airplay on major stations until we're actually signed but then anyone can release an album you just have to have lots of money

k c: oh.. now it's all coming clear.. wow. I didn't know that.

Evan: haha yep

k c: what's the coolest concert you guys have ever done?

Evan: i dont really know... our CD release party was pretty cool

k c: where was that at?

Evan: at the door in dallas it was just cool cuz we did'nt really know weather to expect a good crowed and we wound up packing the club out it was really cool that everyone came that night

k c: so your fans are pretty important to you

Evan: ohhh yes definitely

Evan: i love the fans

Evan: with a passion
