Q: So whats life like in Colorado?
A:
I love Colorado in the summer, even though it is really dry. I love summer. I really don't like the winter and snow, it kind of upsets me, but it can be really nice for snow days and donuts. Colorado is definitely the state of many changing seasons. Most of the time I love Colorado, but sometimes I want to get out of here. But this is where I have been all of my life. I don't know any differently.

Q: How is high school?
A:
The best it possibly could be. I just get sick of the immature junk that goes on. Like all the stupid fights. Man, I want to grow up!

Q: How did you get interested in the bass guitar?
A:
Well, A couple of summers ago, a friend and my sister and I wanted to start a band, so they both decided to play guitar, and I wanted to do something unique. I hate doing the typical girl things, so I chose bass. Hey, it was something we needed anyway. ::laughs::

Q: Whats it like being in the same band with your sister?
A:
I love it. She is always there to help me, and even though we fight sometimes, we still love each other all the same. She is definitely my stronghold and best friend.

Q: How does it feel to be one of the original members of Already Taken?
A:
It is nice I guess, but with that has come alot of broken friendships. It is awesome though to know that I have been involved in something like this for so long.

Q: Name one thing each of the other band members brings to the group other than musical abilities.
A:
Brittany is amazing. She is such a strong person and has had a tremendous influence on me. Her joy rubs off on everyone. Miranda brings her leadership. She is a very compassionate leader and is sooo easy to follow. Jason is awesome and makes me laugh constantly. He is really easy going and has easily fit in with us.

Q: What's the one thing you feel you bring to the group?
A:
I hope I bring my smile with me wherever I go. I hope I bring some joy to the practice, and a little goofiness.

Q: What is a story about Already Taken that most people don't know?
A:
There is something in the water in Colorado Springs! Seriously. We played for a missions meeting and the kids all had ADD.

Q: How big of a role does religion play in your life?
A:
It doesn't do squat in my life. Religion is poopy. ::laughs:: I believe in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Religion is all about rules. I am so glad that I have Jesus, cause I could never do well with religion. I want something real and genuine. Religion doesn't offer me that, but Jesus does.

Q: Who has been a role model in your life that has impacted you?
A:
Jesus Christ. It seems I can't even put into words what he has done for me. He is my best friend, he is always with me, he knows my every pain, he gives me peace in troubled times, he is the ultimate giver of second chances, he walks the halls of my school with me. And so much more. And also all of my friends. They have impacted me in some way or another. Thanks to you all.

Q: What is the best gig you've ever performed in?
A:
Definitely when we opened for Fishooke and Foolish Things. That was so much fun and such a rush. There were a ton of people there and I actually felt cool for a second. And the guys from the other bands were so awesome. Plus we got free food, which I always love.

Q: So what's your favorite sport?
A:
I love basketball so much. I just wish I could actually excel at it, but oh well. My hoop days never started. I love football too. Yea for the Broncos. Playing tackle football is fun too.

Q: If your dog miraculously went bald and lost all of it's fur, would you still pet him?
A:
::laughs so hard she falls off chair:: Yes...yes, I would. I love my dog, and I always will. Even if he loses all his hair I would still pet him. But that is just weird. ::laughs::

Q: Ok, here's the hardest question of the night. Which is better, Mountain Dew or Code Red Mountain Dew?
A:
That is a tough question. I know everyone in the band prefers Code Red, but I am the old fashion type girl, and I love just plain old Mountain Dew.

Q: Name one place you would like Already Taken to play.
A:
I would love to play at the Pepsi Center and have a million people there. If that isn't an adrenaline rush, I don't know what would be.

Q: Last question: In your opinion, where do you think the future will take Already Taken?
A:
That is totally up to God. He is our leader, and we follow him. I want to be where he wants us. And if that means staying in Ft. Collins, praise God!
