The good ol' band

Slow, intentional damage refers to the living process that many of us force upon ourselves on a daily basis. The times we are mired in anger, sadness, ennui, and disloyalty- the hours we spend damaging our own hearts and minds through the effects of alcohol and drug abuse are the very actions which slowly destroy ourselves.

Slow Intentional Damage provides an outlet for these frustrations. Utilizing aggressive hardcore and thrash, fused with elements of classic rock, funk, and blues, producing a complex array of sound with furious guitar solos, relentless drumming, and in-your-face power groove breakdowns.
Face the music.
