Bruce graduated with a Jazz Education Degree from the prestigious North Texas State University Jazz Studies program. Bruce has been playing for over 25 years. He has played with the "original" Focus for 4 years, Ken Slavin Big Band which opened for Dextor Gordon and played with the Synergy Band. His music influences include Weather Report, Brand X, Genesis, Yes, ELP, Pat Martini, and any on the ECM Jazz Label. He also did jingles for TV and is hoping this band will impact San Antonio. He is currently a social worker serving the San Antonio community.
