G4's Jon Ansell, one of the final
acts of X Factor, has revealed the fact that he was bullied when he was
younger due to an acne problem.
However, the 22-year-old singer does not seem bitter about the fact - he
thinks that in the long-term it has improved his character:
"I was very spotty and had some hard times. It was physical and verbal.
"But I think bullying made me who I am now, so in some ways I’m glad."
Salvation came to Jon when his talents emerged:
"As it became clear I could sing, kids began to give me a break.
"With that came attention from the ladies — and I still get that now.".
