Biography
None Of The Above are a five piece
ensemble from Hell, Michigan. The group combines influences from the Metal, Punk
and Hard Rock genres to create their own special hybrid of sound which is
aggressive, powerful and melodic. The group recorded two self produced demos,
None Of The Above and Notas Ordo
Seclorum, the second of which was released in a limited amount to fans who
attended the band’s second annual Halloween Bash on October 27th
2001. These tracks garnered a great deal of attention from fans worldwide on the
now defunct www.audiogalaxy.com.
Their presence on Audiogalaxy garnered
the band hundreds of English and British Isles fans.
NOTA’s group page on the home page of
Roadrunner Records Australia was voted #1 by the fans for 5 weeks straight in
the summer of 2001. Additionally it was voted #4 group page by the editor of
that site in June of 2001- Check out the updated version @ www.metalshop.au.
None Of The Above have recorded a new EP
of tracks in September 2003 to distribute to promotions vendors. It’s title is
obscene. It is currently undecided if this material will be released to the
public. Promo copies have been disbursed to media and entertainment
contacts.
The band has been gathering a following
in the Detroit metropolitan area and continue to deliver hard hitting
performances at area clubs on a regular basis.
The band will be
releasing a 13 track self titled album in the spring, to be followed by
extensive concerts to support the effort.
