C: carbazochrome Na Sulfonate 1mg, vit. K 3 10mg.
I: prevention of hemorrhage before and after minor operation; purpuras; episaxis, gingival bleeding hemoptysis GIT bleeding, uterine bleeding and hemorrhage due to hypothrombinemia.
D: 1-2 tab daily. It is recommended that 2 tab daily be given for 1wk before and 1 wk after operation. 2 tab may be given 3-5 days before and 3-5 days after tooth extraction and operation.
CI: patients w/ a tendency to thrombophlebitis or phlebothombosis.
AR: occasionally nausea, vomiting and headache.
P/P: tab 100’s (P 300).
