I: to dilate the pupil & paralyze accommodation when carrying out objective determination of refraction, treatment of children suffering from strabismus, inflammation of the anterior segment. And interior uveitis as well as after extracapsular or intracapsular extra of the lens.
D: 1 drop in the lower fornix of the conjuctiva once-qid.
CL: primary glaucoma or a tendency to glaucoma, eg narrow anterior chamber angle.
SP: prolonged use.
AR: dry throat, eczema of the eyelids.
P/P: eye drops 1 % x 10 ml (P 180)
