C: Diclofenac NA.
I: analgesics, antipyretic, anti- inflammatory in RA, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout and post- op.
D: Cap 75- 150 mg daily in divided doses. TR cap 1 cap once daily.
CI: active peptic ulceration.
SP: asthma or bronchospasm, bleeding disorders, CV disease, peptic ulceration or a history of such ulceration, renal failure. Sensitivity to aspirin.
AR: GI disturbances, edema, skin reaction, pruritis, malaise, drowsiness, headache, jaundice and bleeding.
DI: Digoxin, lithium, coumarin derivatives.
P/P: Enteric- coated tab 50 mg x 100’s (P 950 ). Time release cap 100 mg x 50’s (P 1, 025).
