S U G G E S T I O N S

   

As a nursing student, I suggest to all the people who smoke like me, to  lesser

 

their smoking habit, when I became a nursing student, I learned a lot of things regarding

 

about our health. Although smoking is very dangerous to our health, when I started to

 

smoke cigarette, I consumed 3 stick per day, but when I became a nurse, I lesser my

 

smoking activity, it becomes 2 stick per day and then 1 stick per day and then 3 stick per

 

week until it is not a habit anymore. Today I still smoke but for relaxation. Let welcome

 

ourselves in reality that people still used to smoke. Drinking alcohol and smoking

 

everything has a the same effect that can affected us to have an unhealthy lives. So we

 

must be moderate in everything this will bring us to a neutral part of our lives. Too much

 

everything will caused us in unhappy lives.
