neeDeep was formed in 2002 with the original members being Regan Rodrique, Randal Plaisance, and Tim Terrebonne. The original members tried out several other musicians along the way to find a group that clicked as a whole. In 2003 Cody Duet was introduced into the band on the Bass Guitar, and the band formed a chemistry that allowed them to play music that all could relate to a nd enjoy. For two years the band played religiously on weekends for friends and family which was used as practice and entertainment. With the talent of the band on the rise, they looked to spreading their wings so the public could hear their talents. In December of 2003 Willie Allemand joined the band to relieve some of the strain put on Regan having to do all of the singing and a good portion of the guitar playing. Slowly but surely the band became comfortable as a five-piece band and began to gel in late January. Since their first show on January 3rd, 2004 at Le Sprit in Galliano, LA, the band has shown much improvement and is looking to break through with original songs that allow them to express themselves as musicians. Each member of the band looks to broaden their horizons by playing in places that they have never played before. With most of Lafourche parish under our belt, we hope to begin playing in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and other big cities.
