get the aim buddy icon by clicking on that sucker! or if it doesn't work - which is highly probable because i still have to work out a few major kinks - save it and open it by selecting 'edit options' then 'edit preferences', select 'buddy icons', and 'browse PC' to look for it. find it. click 'select'. you're good to go.
