Ain't it a beauty? This is my first miscellaneous layout and it really didn't
come out to bad did it? I think it looks very neat and very blue. So if you
blue, this is the layout for you!

Hahaha. Just kidding - well not really. Anywayz, to install this layout, you must have
Winzip. If you don't, download it here. Once you have it,
open the file and select everyone (or do it one by one) and extract the things needed for
the file. It's that simple! As for utilization, the main.html file is used to enter the text that
you wish to use. For example, the text that you are reading right now can be edited in the
main.html file. The index file controls the images that are around this box. Inside the
index.html file is the link that enables you to read the text inside this box. Also in the
index.html file is the navigation. In order to use the navigation, type the link to the page
where is says / between the quotations. To name the link or rename the menu, just replace
the text where it says +Link or Menu. The scroll bar colors can be edited in the evil
css file.
