"I'll call Buddy." Brandon told Richard as he dialed his phone number. "Stay positive, dear." Catherine kissed Joel's forehead. Courtney hugged her dad. "Call me when she's stable." Richard kissed Courtney's cheek. "Okay." Courtney nodded. Richard grabbed Thomas and walked out of the hospital with his wife and the baby.

Brandon hung up, "Buddy and Sarah are coming." he sat down by Courtney and hugged her. "What good will that do??" Joel looked at Brandon, "Them being here is not going to change anything!" he paced around the room. "I can't see a damn thing in that window." Benji sat down. Brandon sighed, "Calm down Joel Come on you guys, it'll be fine." he hugged his brothers. "I'll feel better when we can see them." Benji said. Joel cried, "Why does this keep happening Brandon?" he cried hard on his shoulder. Brandon rubbed his back, "I don't know little brother...i'm so sorry. I'll go see if I can find out something." A week and a half later, Josie woke up and groaned as she looked around the hospital room. She looked over at Erika who was asleep, "Erika..." she whispered to her, "Erika, wake up!"
