Chapter 6: The End of Greg and Laura (Yeah Right)
The guys pulled up at Frankie's at 9:47. His parents cars were in the driveway. They got out of the car and quietly went into the house.
Not a sound.
Frankie went over to his parents room and peeked in.
They were still sleeping.
He went up stairs to his room were the other guys were.
Frankie- Safe. They're still sleeping.
Chris- Oh thank god!
Jesse- Hey guys! Power Rangers is on!
They all stared at Jesse.
Jesse- What? Why are you all staring at me like that?
Matt- Power Rangers? I liked that show when I was 5.
Jesse- Yeah so did I.
Greg- And you still like it?
Jesse- Yeah! It's awesome! My fave is the red one!
He did these weird karate moves.
Chris- Dude you are so pathetic, it's sad.
Frankie- Really Jesse. You need a life.
Back at Miranda's, They ate their pancakes and the phone rang.
Miranda- Hello?
Mrs. Bishop- Hi dear.
Miranda- Oh hi mom.
Mrs. Bishop- How was your sleep over last night.
Miranda- Good.
Mrs. Bishop- What did you girls do?
Miranda- Well we... watched a movie and... hung out.
Mrs. Bishop- OK I just wanted to see how you were doing. I'll be home next week.
Miranda- Bye mom.
She hung the phone up.
Maxine- I wonder how the guys are doing?
As that was said, the phone rang.
Miranda- Hello?
Frankie- Hey Baby.
Miranda- Hey how'd it go?
Frankie- Good. When we got here, my parents were still asleep.
Miranda- That's great.
Frankie- Yeah. How are you feeling?
Miranda- Alot better then last night!
Frankie- Good. Jesse wants to talk to Kristi. Bye Baby.
Miranda- Bye Sweetheart. Here Kristi.
Kristi- Hello?
Jesse- Hey Sweetie.
Kristi- Hey Hottie.
Jesse- What was that nightmare about this morning?
Kristi- Huh? Oh! Justin Timberlake was chasing me with a knife trying to kill me.
Jesse- Justin Timberlake? From NSYNC?
Kristi- Yeah. He looks like he got his face slammed in by a door! I hate NSYNC!
Jesse- OK Then!
Maxine- I wanna talk to Matt!
Kristi- Maxine wants to talk to Matt. Call me later?
Jesse- OK!
Maxine- Hey Sweetie Pie!
Matt- Hey Cutie. I had alot of fun last night.
Maxine- Me too.
Matt- Ya wanna hear something funny?
Maxine- Yeah!
Matt- Last night, when Frankie went over to get Chris and Kirstin at the movies, he saw...
Chris grabbed the phone and started fighting Matt.
Chris- Don't listen to him Maxine!
Maxine- I wanna know!
Frankie and Greg grabbed Chris and Matt took the phone back. Frankie and Greg held Chris down.
Chris- LET ME GO YOU A**HOLES!
Matt- Anyways. He saw Chris' hand up Kirstin's shirt!
Maxine- Oh really! Kirstin! You little slut!
Kirstin- What? Why am I a slut?
Maxine- Frankie saw what you and Chris were doing last night at the movies.
Kirstin- OOOOO! We were making out! I guess you're a slut too because you made out with Matt.
Maxine- I'm not talking abou that. He saw his hand up your shirt!
Kirstin- Shut up and give me the phone!
Kirstin took the phone.
Kirstin- Matt?
Matt- Yeah?
Kirstin- Let me talk to Chris.
Matt- He's busy.
Kirstin- Doin what?
Matt- Fighting Greg and Frankie cause they're holding him down.
Kirstin- Tell them to let him go now!
Matt- Guys let him go. Chris, it's Kirstin.
Chris- Hey babe.
Kirstin- What the hell?
Chris- Huh?
Kirstin- What the hell is their problems? It's not a big deal!
Chris- I don't know. They think it's hilarious that I went up your shirt yet Greg felt up Laura last night at Miranda's.
Greg- Dude! Shut up! No one was supposed to know about that!
Chris- Well it serves you right!
Kirstin- He did did he?
Chris- Yup!
Kirstin- Now that's funny. Hey Laura! I heard about last night.
Laura- Huh?
Kirstin- That Greg felt you up!
Laura- Let me talk to Greg.
Kirstin- Chris? Honey? Laura wants to talk to Greg.
Chris- OK.
He gave the phone to Greg.
Greg- Hey Sexy.
Laura- Don't you Sexy me mister! What the hell is wrong with you?
Greg- I only told the guys!
Laura- You said you wouldn't tell anybody! Anybody includes the guys! You might as well alert the F**king media!
Greg- Calm down. They won't tell.
Laura- NO! Don't you tell me to calm down! You broke your trust with me Gregory Franklin Raposo! That was personal! We're over! Good bye!
Greg- But Laura! I...
Miranda- Greg?
Greg- Yeah?
Miranda- Can I talk to Frankie?
Greg- Sure hold on.
He went into a corner and cried.
Frankie- Hello?
Miranda- Hey I just wanted to say good- bye.
Frankie- What? Why are you breaking up with me?
Miranda- Huh? I'm not breaking up with you! I'm saying good- bye and call me later!
Frankie- Oh! Silly me! I will. Later Baby.
They hung up. He went over by Greg.
Frankie- Hey. What happened?
Greg- She dumped me! I blew it! I lost the person that I really care about!
Frankie- Well it's sorta your fault.
Greg- I know! I want her back though!
Frankie- Talk to her.
Greg- I can't. She won't give me the time of day.
Chris- Sing "This Time" to her.
Greg- Hey! That's a great idea! I'll go to her house tonight! Thanks Chris!
Chis- OK. Your welcome.
Back at Miranda's.
Laura- I can't believe him!
Kristi- Did you break up with him?
Laura- Of course! After what he did to me? I've never been more embarressed!
Kirstin- That was so shallow of him. I'm sorry I said anything to you before.
I didn't think it was such a big deal.
Laura- Don't worry Kirstin. It's not your fault.
They talked some more and the girls left Miranda's and went home.
