Chapter 1: The Arrival

Section 1: Sentimental Value

"Does anyone know how to get around in Jersey?" A cute tall boy asked.

"Sorry, Greg, I can't help you there!" A short, but adorable, blonde boy had answered.

"Matt, you can't help anyone anywhere!" Another tall boy had teased, but this one had brown spiky hair.

"Shut up, Chris!" Matt defended.

"Yeah, Chris, its not right to make fun of peoples disabilities, man!" Frankie, a brown eyed stud, joked.

"Hey, Jester!" Chris shouted into the boys ear, "Close your mouth, your catching flies!"

"Yeah, Jes, what are you thinking about? Your ring?" Greg teased. Jesse had left his ring in the last hotel room they stayed at, and they were on their way to pick it up. It wasn't just any ring, it was his grandfather's.

"Huh?" Jesse asked, waking up from his trance, "Oh. Yeah. That’s what I was thinking about," Jesse said. Yet, he wasn't thinking about the ring. What he was now dreaming of had no sentimental value, but it did have value, to him of course.

"Sure...." Frankie said. All the boys laughed, and Jesse just went back into his trance; as if the boys never woke him in the first place.

Section 2: Never Stood On The Ground

"OK, now, where are we, again?" The young brunette said as her emerald eyes looked the building up and down.

"Duh, Brooke! Wayne Hills Mall!" A skinny blonde girl answered, her deep blue eyes focused on the other.

"Shut up, Amy! This is the first time I've settled on New Jersey grounds since last summer. And that was the second time I've ever BEEN here!" Another brunette defended. She and Brooke lived in New York City their whole lives. She glared at Amanda with her green (sometimes blue) eyes, hoping to get her mad.

"I hate when you give her that look, Cecilia! Because I have to look at it too!" As the girl now glared through Cecilia's green eyes with her own dark brown eyes, she flipped her strawberry blonde hair away from her face.

"Can we go in now, Jennifer" Amanda asked, trying to get her and Cecilia's stare to end.

"Yeah!" Jennifer answered as she pulled Brooke's, who had rolled her eyes to the size of the mall's, arm into the mall.

"This is all?" Cecilia asked as they made their way to the other side of the mall. She and Brooke had a look of disgust on their faces.

"Sorry if your used to the 4 story mall, Palisades, but why are you complaining?!" Amanda asked.

"Yeah, you two! We are going to see Dream Street! Us!!" Jennifer yelled as she bounced around.

"I guess your right!" Cecilia said as she focused her eyes on the book store.

"I know what your thinking, Sessy. And no! We don't have time!" Brooke said as she grabbed Cecilia's hand and pulled her toward the rest."Look! The line is already going out the door!" Amanda noticed. She let out a sigh and said "I guess we'll have to wait!"

"No, we are going to stand here, hoping they notice us, and ask us to chill with them in the back!" Jennifer said sarcastically.

"That would be nice and everything, but uhh..." Brooke started as her eyes wandered the hall.

"Uhh, what?" Amanda asked.

"Uhh .. where is Cecilia?" Brooke asked.

Section 3: Just Browsing

"E .. E..." Cecilia muttered as she went through the shelves of books. "Eugenines(the author)! There is a God!" Cecilia had wanted a certain book that was sold out in every store she went to, but today, seeing she is so fortunate this morning, the book in this mall was in stock.

"You die in the beginning of this one!" A voice whispered in her ear. Cecilia turned around to see Jamie's violet eyes staring at her. "Virgin Suicides, right? Yeah. You die first in that one!" The girl said in a sweet tone. How you can say this in a sweet tone, I could not tell you, but she did.

"Me?" Cecilia asked looking around her.

"A girl named Cecilia dies in the beginning of this book!" Jamie answered annoyingly.

"Oh. OK?" Cecilia said, but quickly changed the subject before finding out the rest of the 249 paged book. "Why are you here? Here to see Dream Street? You better get online!"

"I was in line for 3 hours, already!" Jamie complained.

"Then why did you leave now?" Cecilia asked in a confused tone.

"Because .. I already met them!" Jamie answered snottily. Cecilia and the other 4 girls never really liked Jamie, which is why they didn't invite her to come with them. Cecilia had met Jamie 2 summers ago when she had first visited Jennifer and Amanda, and had gotten into a fist fight the first time. "He gave me a kiss on the cheek!"

“Who?" Cecilia asked.

"Jesse! I think that I'm going to get back in line just so hr can stare and smile at me the same way he did before!"

Cecilia almost pounced. But just said, "Yeah! Now that 'm looking, you have a piece of chicken in your teeth!" She had noticed that Jamie was carrying an almost empty Popeyes cup, so she must have drank it while she was in line.

"Well girl-" Jamie started.

Cecilia raised her right hand and said, "Don’t embarrass yourself?" then walked to the register to pay for her book. As the young girl stood by the counter awaiting for her total charge for her book and for the pink feather pen she had just picked up, her green eyes wandered. As she looked out the glass, she had seen Jesse walking in, none of the other members with him (just security), but he was staring right into the same store. She turned around looking for who he was looking at, but to her surprise. He was looking at her.

Section 4: The Sighting

"Where the hell is he?" Chris said, as he gazed at his watch that said 6:45pm, "Didn't this thing start at 5:00?"

"Yeah. But obviously Jesse and his ring didn't have a schedule on hand." Frankie said as he stood up from his chair, looking around. "Is that him there?" They all stood up and looked toward where Frankie was looking.

"That’s him alright!" Matt answered as he saw Jesse smiling and waving at all the girls who were already in line as he made his way to the table with the rest of the guys.

"Hey! Look who’s here!" Greg yelled as Jesse sat down in his chair.

"And look who’s been here!" Jesse smiled.

"Yeah! Been here! BEEN here! Doing the things YOUR supposed to do as well!" Frankie said.

"Sorry. I guess I have more important things to do then look at you guys everyday," Jesse joked, "I only squeezed it in because of my lovely fans!" He said as he pointed toward the crowd of people.

"Funny Funny! Now sign the stupid piece of paper in front of you! But I'm sorry, we're on it too!" Chris said in a joking, but mean tone.

"Sheesh! I'm sorry!" Jesse said as he wrote his name on the hysterical fan's CD in front of him. "I'll try to be here on time next time!"

"You better!" Matt yelled.

"Dude! Your turning into Jesse!" Greg yelled as he noticed Chris staring off into the crowd.

"Sorry. But look at her!"

"And she probably knows every ounce of information about you!" Frankie laughed.

"But, she is incredible!" Chris smiled.

Section 5: Welcome Back

"Is he looking at me?!" Brooke yelled from the crowd and smiled anxiously at Chris.

"He must be blind!" Amanda joked. The girls weren't far from the table, but they were quite a way from the boys.

"Shut up, Amy!" Brooke defended.

"I hate when you guys call me Amy! Stop!"

"Cecilia! Sessy!" Jennifer yelled from the line at the top of her lungs. Jesse's head even picked up from the table and saw Cecilia pushing through the ine.

"God! You've gots a big mouth!" Cecilia said as she squeezed through the other girls in line.

"You have! You have a big mouth." Amanda corrected. She was always the smart one.

"We be Yorkers. We ain't be talking like dat!" Brooke joked.

"Hey you cut the line!" A fan from behind had yelled.

"Oh, Shove it!" Cecilia said as she bit her nails, not turning around and not noticing she had even spoke.

"Its almost us!" Brooke and Amanda squealed as they moved up. The girls had only 10 people in front of them now, but the anticipation grew as the number went to 8.

Section 6: Whose that Girl?

"That’s her! 3rd person!" Jesse whispered to Matt.

"You think her name is Cecilia? Weird name!" he said back.

"Cecilia is a beautiful name! Much better than Theresa, at least!" Jesse teased. Theresa was Matt's girlfriend. Although all the teen mags and websites said single, Matt had a girlfriend. It had to be secret though. The boys could hardly talk to eachother from the screams of the line.

"Right there! 5th in line!" Chris now whispered to Frankie.

"She’s a babe!" Frankie laughed, "But the skinny blonde one in front is more my type."

“They always are." Chris laughed.

"Who is what?" Greg said as he tossed a new pen to Matt (his pen broke). Chris explained about the girl and her smiling back, then Frankies taking a liking for the blonde girl.

"Nothing new! Skinny blondes for Frankie, and sexy brunettes for Chris!" Although the two girls didn't know, Chris and Jesse's hearts had beaten so hard, it could leave a bruise on their chests. Of course, this happens at alot of signings, is their anything special or different about this one? Just then, the girls walked toward the table, for their autographs...
