Lindsay- 16 year old Lindsay has been friends with Jesse since they were little. She has blonde shoulder length hair, and is very tall.
Niki- 15 year old Niki is best friends with Lindsay and so therefore knows all the guys in the group. She has long brown hair with some blonde highlights and is also very tall.
Mallory- 16 year old Mallory (Mally) is Frankie’s girlfriend. She is very sweet and has a bubbling personality but often gets tired of Frankie always being on the road.
Ellen- 15 year old Ellen is Matt’s younger sister. She doesn’t really get along with Erin because she thinks that Erin acts too bossy. But she gets along well with everyone else. She has shoulder length dark brown hair, freckles, and blue-green eyes (Irish)
Emma- 14 year old Emma is Lindsay’s younger sister. She is also very tall for her age, and has dirty blonde hair and wears glasses.
Erin- 12 year old Erin is Chris’s younger sister. She’s friends with Emma, but sometimes gets tired of her always gushing about guys. She doesn’t really get along well with Ellen, she doesn’t like the way she is always hanging on guys. She makes up for having a famous brother with her sarcastic remarks and sometimes bossy attitude.
Shannen- a somewhat bossy self-conceited fan at one of the concerts (misunderstood?). She has reddish brown hair and baby blue eyes, and is also a "model."
Maureen- a sort of self-conscious fan at one of the concerts. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and slightly tanned skin (Italian). she can be shy and sometimes has trouble sticking up for herself.
Jackie- Maureen's loud-mouthed friend. She is very tall with long black-brown hair and brown eyes. She often stands up for her friend (Maureen), but can sometimes be a little too outspoken.
Jessica: Jesse's friend since they were little. They met through Sugar Beats and stayed in touch. She is relatively short with dark wavy brown hair.
Julie- a contest winner at one of their concerts who gets to introduce them.
