Formerly known as "IDK", the band name had to be changed to Calston due to copyright issues on the name "IDK". Calston is a rock/punk band from Lancaster, California. Calston was originally formed by Mike Kassens (bass) and Joe Mooers (drums) sometime about 2 years ago, but the band name wasn't always Calston. It used to be IDK. The name "IDK" was conceived by Gary Kroeger once he got in the band as the guitarist. But before Gary got in, someone named Matt (last name withheld) was the guitarist. Things didn't work out so well and Gary joined. After a while of playing songs and practicing, IDK finally found a singer. His name was Anthony Laine and he was in the band for about 3 months. Some "technical difficulties" came around and he left. After a while of IDK trying out new singers and stuff,there wasn't much luck. The manager talked to Anthony and Anthony decided to come back to the band. Now they're Calston and that's the story..
