This is where (as you might have guessed) we tell you about events or updates or happy things that happen to us. Saturday, May 3, 2003 We played at our school's annual "Amateur Night" last night. Spectators say we did well and they liked our music. In my opinion, everyone did well, except me. I dropped my pick on the first song, and played the remainder of the show with a dime. I missed a few licks, but not many noticed. Hats off to Cody. He hadn't practiced those songs much at all due to conflicting practice and work dates. Somehow, he managed to get off long enough for our set and played very well. Thanks to all who came to support us and, we promise,it'll be better next time.
