From the northeastern U.S. state called Connecticut,hails the brainchild project of OBSESSION drummer Jay Mezias and Mental Elvis and session keyboard master Robert Barry entitled "HANDS OF STONE".This intense unit features American drummer Jay and Canadian keyboardist Rob.Together,these two individuals form a powerful lineup of professional,international musicians and have created a new genre of original heavy music they like to call "AGGRESIVE,PROGRESSIVE METAL"Rob and Jay have used various musicians to contribute to their madness,but the duo are the only core members that the band is based around.The duo is fascinated with the horror film industry and they have several televisions onstage showing horror clips during live shows where the band will always deliver musically,no matter who the supporting musicians will be.Jay and Rob continue to search for more core members.For now they remain the writing team on songs like "Blood Money","Autopsy(Incision #1)","Autopsy(Incision #2),"Freedom No More","The Chase" and "Vicious My Love".With songs like these in their arsenal,HANDS OF STONE will catapault onto the Northeast American region metal scene and finally deliver some talented,intense progressive metal.Various guitar players will be used in future recordings as the guys search for a permanent axe master to start writing with,as well as a permanent vocalist and bassist.The band retains influences from such diverse old and new school bands such as Queensryche,Dream Theater,Pantera,Tool,Judas Priest,Savatage,Kansas, and Deep Purple,yet sound unlike any band before them.
