My Name is Chaz McDonald. I have been a musician since my early childhood and a performer in one capacity or another for 22 years. Coy (Coyote) Ugley is a stage name that I have shared with my two brothers, Budd (Jerry McCollum) and Saddam (Jeff Pike) for several years now.
My single show consists of songs that I have recorded the backing tracks for in my personal home studio. This is NOT Karaoke or a purchased background. I play guitar parts that are integral parts of the arrangements. I don’t sound like someone playing along with a CD. It is my intention to sound as much like a band as possible. This involves artistically interpreting songs so that they aren’t a direct reproduction of the originals but a live, vibrant being that will put you in motion. Be it your mind or your feet.
My repertoire consists of classic rock, with a blues twist. Included are songs from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. Rock, soul, blues, tropical, folk and acoustic. Here is a selection of the songs you will hear.
