How We Got Started
In the beginning...
Ok, so the first thing you need to know is that the original name of Children Under Narcotic Turmoil was The Flushing Toilets. It was thought up by Sophie and KT, who were just thinking that a band would be a cool thing to be in. Passing by a bathroom, they heard a toilet flush and thats how everything began.

After they'd thought up the name, Sophie and KT forgot about the band idea. Then, a year later, they met me; Squeaky. A while after that, KT remembered The Flushing Toilets and asked if I wanted to join. Never missing a chance to join something, of course I said yes. The Move
When I moved, I met a girl named Cindy and asked if she could play drums. She said yes, and, naturally, I asked her to join. Its hard to find a drummer. After Cindy, I met Alex, who is in the JROTC with my ssister. My sister told Alex about TFT, and he automatically wanted to join. He asked me and I said I'd talk to the rest of the band about it.He also recommended we change the name to Children Under Narcotic Turmoil.

So I talked to KT about letting in a new member and now we have a bass player named Alex. (Ummm...by the way, he doesnt know that yet...)We also decided to take his advice and change the name.
Pandas Playing Pianos
Confused? Good. Now we found out that our friend, Amanda (A.K.A. Panda) plays keyboard/piano. So guess what I did? Of course. I asked her to join. She shrugged it off with a "whatever" and said her keyboard was in the basement.
Rhythm meets the Violin
If you've ever heard of Yellowcard, you wont think its strange for a band to include a violinist. Good. Now, I've known my friend Carolyn (A.K.A Skippy) for about 5 years now, and I've known that she plays violin for 3 years. I'm sure you've guessed the rest of the story by now. Unless you're horribly blonde. In that case, keep reading. Skippy didnt really want to be in the band, I sort of pushed her into it. Now that I know she doesnt want to, we've decided to let her go. (Again...she doesnt know this...)
