Welcome to the AvantGarde website! AvantGarde are a three-piece rock/grunge band from the Swindon/Oxford/Bristol area.

AvantGarde have been gigging in and around Swindon for the past year and have started to pick up a reputation among both their peers and random people in pubs.

Even though Rich, the bass player, has left for University, AvantGarde have been gigging occaisionally for reuinion gigs, mainly because we have nothing better to do. I suspect as one final effort we will end going to a recording studio and getting some tracks down so we can look back on our glory days.

Navigation on this site is alot simpler than it looks; simply click on the link at the side which you think most closely resembles what you are looking for. There are also links on each of the pages to other pages not on the navigation bar, for example the profile pages on the Biographical page. I have purposefully taken away the underline from the links so that they are more difficult to find - so people might actually take in some semantic data as opposed to lots of visual data.

It has been great fun making this site, and if you really explore it, you will see why. I hope you enjoy viewing the site as much as I did making it, and I hope to see you at the next AvantGarde gig.
