It is the Beastly Bit girl from the Jump Salty CD booklet, and it was done by Randy Gardener at Red Dragon. The song, Beastly Bit, has been my anthem since my first listen to it when i was an impressionable youth of 14. I was floored in tears by the beautiful words and the voice which spoke them.
